"Issues with the ordering process"
The ordering system is not functioning as it should. I received the completely incorrect insoles. I had to return them and still haven't received the new ones, and it's been over a month since I placed my order. Customer service is pretty terrible. On the bright side, the product itself is decent.

I gotta say, I'm genuinely impressed with the quality and comfort of these insoles! As someone with flat feet, I've always relied on custom orthopedic insoles, and this whole experience caught me off guard. It was straightforward and simple—just a few steps (pun intended) and you end up with a personalized product. Definitely giving it 5 stars!

"Top-notch shoe soles and fantastic support"
The quality and service from Getsteps really blew me away. I got two pairs, one for myself and another for my mom, and the customer support crew walked me through everything I needed to know, answering all my queries. I’ll definitely keep getting my shoe soles from Getsteps and I wholeheartedly recommend them. We’re super happy with both the service and the quality of the product is top-tier.

"Awesome delivery time and insole quality"
Had a fantastic experience! It was around 10 days from when I ordered to when my insoles arrived at my place. I got the foot measurement kit in just 3 days, sent it back, and then my insoles showed up in about 4-5 days after that. The quality is top-notch; I was worried they might be too rigid, but they turned out to be just right. Totally recommend!
